Are you sure it exists?
Does the user kg3u0pv0qqv2ay4f_DmXv5ytGzZgebUL have permission to use the kg3u0pv0qqv2ay4f_L#VYa3$eZEz3@6EqMb4@XRp database?
On some systems the name of your database is prefixed with your username, so it would be like username_kg3u0pv0qqv2ay4f_L#VYa3$eZEz3@6EqMb4@XRp. Could that be the problem?
